Sweet kiwis, strawberries, blood oranges, and blueberries find a counterpoint in the tart lemon slices. Cool cucumber slices, crisp red onion, and briny olives and capers bring the vegetal notes. And then the classic herbal quality of dill accentuates the natural flavors of our smoked salmon. Just ripe avocado, chive cream cheese, and soft-boiled eggs are perfect for schmearing on a few fresh bagels. What sets this brunch board apart though is the addition of a saucy tomato spread.
